Growing up, I always sensed the world differently. I could feel the emotions within a room, receive intuitive nudges to reach out to someone in need, and dreamed of events before they happened. I didn’t have words for it then—but now I know I was empathic and intuitive. Yet without the tools to anchor myself, this gift felt overwhelming. My light was present, but clouded, without a place to shine through.

In my early twenties, a neck and back injury ended my hairdressing career and led me to Myofascial Release therapy—where I first learned how the body stores everything we don’t process. Working with gifted intuitive therapists opened a new understanding of healing, and stirred a quiet voice within: It’s time to honor your own light. I wasn’t quite ready then—but the seed was planted.

Years later, grief, anxiety, and significant health challenges brought me back into my body with a deeper urgency. I realized that when I ignored my intuition, the whispers from God grew louder—and more uncomfortable. This Divine guidance led me to Reiki Master Krista Rosen, where I became certified in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki. From there, I was called to the School of Intuitive Studies with Wendy DeRosa, completing a two-year training and graduating as an Advanced Intuitive Healer.

Along the way, I also fell in love with Sound Healing and became certified with Life Changing Energy. These healing paths helped me reclaim my soul’s knowing, my voice, and my purpose.

Today, through Intuitive Energy Healing, Reiki, and Sound Healing, I offer others a safe, loving space to come home to themselves. In every session, I listen deeply, and guide intuitively to help you reconnect, release, and begin healing what no longer serves you.
