What do I wear for my session?

This is not massage, so clothing you will be comfortable in for your session is best.

Can healing sessions bring up emotions?

Yes, healing sessions can bring emotions to the surface to be felt, honored, and released. Being witnessed as grief, anxiety, trauma, or stored pain moves through the body is a sacred part of the process. Your body and soul often know what’s ready to be seen; gentle support helps you reclaim those spaces with compassion and clarity. After a session, be gentle with yourself. It’s a time to rest, hydrate, and choose nourishing practices that support integration.

What if what I came in for isn’t what we end up looking at?

If your session uncovers something different than what you came in for, it often means there are layers around the wound, belief, or event that need tending first. Together we’ll address what’s present so you can release and reclaim what supports your healing.

Is it ok if I want to have a session that is focused on relaxing?

If relaxation is your priority, choose a Sound Bath or Reiki session and I’ll set the intention to support deep rest and nervous‑system regulation.

Can you tell me a bit more about an Intuitive Energy Healing?

In an intuitive energy healing session with me, you’re met with a warm, grounded presence and a space that feels safe enough for your whole being to exhale. I listen deeply to your words, your energy, and the subtle cues of your nervous system so we can gently uncover what’s ready to shift. Together, we explore the roots of old patterns, release stored emotional energy and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen. This can include connection with your inner child, cutting cords that are ready to be released, examining and releasing old beliefs and clearing and replacing energy. Through guided insight, energetic clearing, and supportive practices, I help you soften into your body, reclaim your inner wisdom, and experience the relief of coming home to yourself.
